Personalization Guide

Many of our products can be personalized just for you, which is one of our favorite parts of what we do! 💛 Since your item is made specifically from the details you provide, please take a moment to carefully review your personalization before placing your order. 

Personalization Formatting

To keep our products looking consistent, all names will be created in CAPITAL LETTERS.

For numbers, we will automatically place a # before the number.

For example:

  • Emma → EMMA
  • John → JOHN
  • Number 7 → #7
  • Number 23 → #23

If you enter a name using lowercase or mixed-case letters, we will still create it in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

If you have a specific formatting request that differs from our standard personalization style, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request.

Please Double-Check Your Details

Before submitting your order, please make sure all of your selections and personalization details are correct, including:

  • Names and spelling
  • Numbers
  • Colors and styles
  • Quantities
  • Any other options requested in the product listing

We make your item exactly as the information is entered on your order. If a name is misspelled or incorrect information is provided, we will use what was submitted.

Made Just for You

Personalized items are created specifically for your order, which means we aren't able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to incorrect personalization entered by the customer.

If you notice a mistake before we begin making your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the correction if we're able to catch it in time.

Once your item has been made, we will not be able to make changes.
