Shipping Policy

At Left Out Designs, every order is made with care, packaged up, and sent your way from our family run shop. 

Processing Times

Most orders are made to order, so please allow [3–7 business days] for us to create and prepare your order before it ships.

Large orders may require additional processing time. If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once the entire order is ready.

During holidays, sales, or especially busy periods, processing times may be a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we work to get your order made just for you!

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier but typically take 3-5 days and are not guaranteed. Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside of our control are unfortunately beyond our control as well.

Please Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after they have been marked as delivered, we're always happy to help however we can.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us. We'll help guide you through the next steps and provide any information we can to assist with locating your package or contacting the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. This will allow us to review the damage and determine the best way to make it right.
